2t. oil
2 cloves garlic
4t.. chili powder
1T oregano
1T. cumin
1# ground turkey
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
2 cans beans (chili, kidney, etc.)
1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped.

Place oil, garlic, and seasonings in large skillet and sauté 30-60 seconds until aromatic.
Add turkey, onion, and green pepper, stirring until cooked through. Add beans and
tomatoes, simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve topped with shredded cheese and tortilla chips
on the side
